Born and raised on Long Island, Rob owes his love of photography to his Dad, “Ike” Eichorn, one of the original photographers for Newsday, the Long Island newspaper. Prior to moving to Hilton Head, where he now resides with his wife Trish and cat Laurel, Rob worked in the airline industry, then moved to Vermont , where they owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast Inn for 16 years. After selling their beloved inn in ‘04, he and Trish relocated to Hilton Head, where they had vacationed for many years. Since arriving in Hilton Head, Rob has immersed himself in studying and improving his photographic skills, and hopes you enjoy his work.
